Klokkeslett og ytterligere info legges ut p\u00e5 Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8lg med p\u00e5 v\u00e5r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Mj%C3%B8lkerampa-Raiders-127983207332988\/\">Facebookside<\/a> for tid og oppm\u00f8tested.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mj\u00f8lkerampa Sykkelmosjonister<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mj\u00f8lkerampa sykkelklubb vil gjerne at du skal bli med oss \u00e5 sykle denne v\u00e5ren og sommeren.<\/p>\n<p>Vi starter derfor opp en gruppe for dere som har lyst til \u00e5 mosjonere sammen med andre p\u00e5 sykkel. Gruppen vil sykle i rolig tempo og ha fokus p\u00e5 sykkelglede sammen med andre mosjonister.<\/p>\n<p>Du trenger ikke \u00e5 v\u00e6re en erfaren syklist eller v\u00e6re i god form. (Det blir du etter hvert). Eneste forutsetningen er at du vil sykle sammen med andre, og har egen sykkel. Gruppen vil ha en fast instrukt\u00f8r, som vil kunne gi deg gode sykkeltips og legge opp tilpassede turer.
